SVP and up are so disconnected to what we do in the branches it has become entirely unmanageable. I've worked here over 8 years and this leadership is so focused on making their internal Jobstack App to work with no focus on operations or culture. So many people are exiting the company that it will take years to recover. I know of 7 other Market Managers actively interviewing and 4 Branch Managers interviewing. The board of directors need to step in and do something about this leadership. Everyone is overworked overwhelmed and underpaid. I always thought I'd retire from this company, unfortunately, I do not feel this way anymore. It's so sad to see a company culture digress and I feel unethical working here and trying to push my team when they are so overworked. We use to have the best talent now the best ones are exiting and I hope I'm one of the next to exit
