      Pros

      Everyone I've come in contact with has wanted me to succeed in everything that I do. I am challenged every day to do my best, but at the same time, am comfortable enough to ask for help or admit that I make mistakes. Management/Infrastructure works hard to ensure employees love their job.

      Cons

      I've found very few bad things about working here. The only issue I have, which isn't even PeopleTec's fault, is sometimes people are hard to get ahold of if they are teleworking. I would much rather pop into someone's office to ask them a question, but that's just personal preference.

      Pros

      PeopleTec has the best president I have ever worked for and a truly amazing company culture. The benefits are great, and employees are trusted to take initiative and contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities, creating opportunities to make a real impact on project success. There is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the company, and people are always willing to help each other succeed. I also appreciate the freedom to learn new skills and contribute outside my primary area of expertise, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Communication could occasionally be better, and some of the buildings are a little older. Other than that, I have very few complaints. The company culture, leadership, benefits, and opportunities for growth make PeopleTec an incredible place to work.

      Pros

      They provide morale events for the employees which include good food.

      Cons

      The politics in the company are pretty tough to deal with. If you’re friends or family of people in leadership positions, you’ll be golden, otherwise you’re at a disadvantage.
