Pros
Since starting with PeopleTec almost two and a half years ago, I have always felt seen by this company. Despite the fact that I work offsite supporting a government project office, PeopleTec has been there consistently. All of the employees and management are extremely easy to talk to and approach. In the case I had any issues or concerns about my current workplace, I was always able to immediately address my concerns and any problems were instantly resolved. PeopleTec has supported me through major health issues, always advocating for my needs to my government leads, ensuring that I was never concerned about my employment status even while undergoing major surgery. I have been able to advance my career since I was hired, and I have a clear path for advancement going forward. Something that also goes underrated is the team building events and employee appreciation that PeopleTec does. It seems like every week there is either a gathering after work, food trucks at the corporate location, or even games with prizes via email. While I am not directly in the culture and PeopleTec environment everyday, they ensure that every single employee is included and appreciated.
Cons
Working as an off-site employee, some of the only cons would be not knowing everyone in the company as well as I know my government project office. As I do not work daily with all PeopleTec employees, there are many I do not know. However, PeopleTec offers plenty of offsite gatherings and events where you can get to know everyone.
