Pros
People First, Technology Always. While it may sound cliche at face value, PeopleTec truly embodies this slogan. During my 3+ year stint at PeopleTec I have experienced fist hand how much they truly value their people. Starting in March of 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic was challenging both for myself and the company. They went above and beyond to ensure there were engagements to keep people connected while allowing us to continue to work. While there was certainly an adjustment period, PeopleTec was more than accommodating. Following the pandemic, I have been able to maintain a flexible/hybrid work schedule which allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This flexibility also allows for me to continue my education without sacrificing my home life. Opportunities for career growth are available for those that seek it, while also allowing you to continue your path where you are if you are content with your position on the proverbial corporate ladder. While there is some small room for improvements on benefits, they offer fantastic healthcare coverage, retirement (through 401K matching and ESOP), PTO, tuition assistance, Continuous Learning opportunities, and various resource groups that allow employees to maximize their potential in all aspects. All in all, PeopleTec is a fantastic place to be a part of and I feel very fortunate to have started my DoD career at such an amazing place! I see myself building a lasting and successful career here.
