Pros
-Benefits are in the top 5% of the best I've seen in industry -"people first" is more than a tagline, that commitment comes through in everything the company does -Culture is one that allows everyone to have a voice about the direction/future of the company. During an employee's first 90-180 days at a company, it's natural to believe a company may put on a front and then you find out who they really over time. My experience here is that over my first 4 years, the company is who I observed them to be in the first 2 weeks. A company that cares for its people & a company then genuinely wants their people to be fulfilled with their careers and personal lives (huge commitment to healthy work/life balance) -They're really serious about creating career paths for the varying types of focus areas (e.g. PM, technical, etc) -They place priority on ensuring their managers represent and replicate what PeopleTec culture represents (e.g. sound leadership, empathy, humility, technical excellence) -They don't shy away from complaints and areas of improvement. They full court press every area the company can improve in & don't brush off issues and assume the company is perfect. There is a genuine commitment to continuous improvement -I believe PeopleTec executive leadership cares more about their employees well-being over literally anything else (e.g. revenue, growth, technical competency, etc). That focus of care shows through in every pocket of the company
