Work-Life Balance – Leadership understands the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, which makes it a great place to build a long-term career.

Cons

Project-Dependent Work – Like most government contracting companies, job stability can depend on contract renewals, which is something to keep in mind.

Pros

PeopleTec has the best president I have ever worked for and a truly amazing company culture. The benefits are great, and employees are trusted to take initiative and contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities, creating opportunities to make a real impact on project success. There is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the company, and people are always willing to help each other succeed. I also appreciate the freedom to learn new skills and contribute outside my primary area of expertise, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

Communication could occasionally be better, and some of the buildings are a little older. Other than that, I have very few complaints. The company culture, leadership, benefits, and opportunities for growth make PeopleTec an incredible place to work.

They provide morale events for the employees which include good food.

Cons

The politics in the company are pretty tough to deal with. If you’re friends or family of people in leadership positions, you’ll be golden, otherwise you’re at a disadvantage.
