Pros

-starting pay is roughly $10/hour -Lots of overtime to be had

Cons

-Probationary period is 1 year with one unpaid personal day. -no sick days or vacation days -Raises often get cancelled -Long hours that vary widely, especially on nights -You will often not be paid your overtime -No room to move up. If you can stand the work environment, there's almost no possibility of moving up in title or pay. -if you put in your 2 weeks, management will often fire you beforehand. -promotions are almost entirely based on favoritism In general, management treats their workers with no respect and will do anything to save a buck. They won't even hire enough people to get the job done. Harry Crisp is a millionaire, but apparently he can't afford 25 cent raises for 20 people. Lower management is incompetent and will be of little help. They go home when they feel like it rather than staying to ensure the job is done. Oh and the entire place currently is breaking over a dozen OSHA regulations. It needs to be investigated.
