The fellow miserable people, the office has some windows so it doesn't ALWAYS feel like jail, quiet due to rampant fear & cubicle farm environment.
Cons
Management & Big Brother - literally, they are watching employees in the office on camera, having to dole out allowances to trust fund kids while being talked down to.
