Pros
People you work with are mostly friendly. Pay day every Friday. The work is simple and repetitive, so you'll begin to feel like you really know what you're doing around weeks 4-6.
Cons
No benefits accessible until after 1 year, 401K maxes out at their 4% after your 16%. Cannot earn/ask for raise until after 1 year. Can be disciplined/fired for policies not in handbook. Dead-end job either at entry level or one step higher for majority of employees. Very few people who work there actually like the company. Management does not value ideas from employees. Company refuses to modernize/change. Sexist/classist dress code. May have to work Saturdays near holidays. Departments are pit against each other which creates hostility. Because you do not start in a position, but only a "trainee," you have even less job security.
