Pros
An hour lunch break. 40hours. Holidays off and will only have to work saturdays the week before your holiday off.
Cons
Some trainers dont care if you know how to do the job. Your are just wasting their time. Trained in 3 different departments just to wait for a spot to open up. But the keep hiring people with literally no jobs to get so you end up in "special projects" until you find a permanent position within the company.
