Poor senior management - Anonymous employee Pepsi MidAmerica Employee Review

Worked an average of 75 hours a week as a salaried employee. Benefits are mediocre and way over priced. 401k match is terrible. Most long term management is oblivious to what the actual work environment is like. Most positions are severely underpaid.
