Low pay, excessive hours, supervisors withholding important information from you, checks being deducted without notice sometimes, lack of communication between management and the drivers, constant failure of equipment (tractor, trailer and etc) because of failure to report it , or just plain out laziness. Not paid if the weather is bad and you cannot drive because of safety reasons. The health care insurance is a joke.There is more to add but I don't feel like typing it out.
