They deduct your paycheck for anything. Even if it’s not your fault. They deduct my position 100$ a week at times for inventory issues when the inventory system they have doesn’t work correctly. You only get paid for 8 hours of work but everyone easily works 12-14 hours a day. And you are expected to finish your route everyday when some routes are huge and impossible to do so. Extremely high turn over rate and they treat you like you are just expendable. Do not work for this company if you have respect for yourself. Because they will not.
