Pros

Flexible working hours, inclusive environment in the office, food and cab services available, engaging workplace environment

Cons

Actual work will start around 3-6months, depending on the team you got into. I work in PepsiCo GBS and till date, there are only two sets of graduate hires. All the other employees have a minimum of 7years experience resulting in a lot of age gap which leads to communication gaps and effects team bonding experience

Pros

The pay can be good.

Cons

They lie to you in the interviews and in training. Then try to push you or add details or requirements after the fact. Some of which is arguable if the company actually has policies for. Very Long hours, it's hard to get breaks. The plant management loves to push product whether it sales or not just so they can get their bonuses. It's very much a "you vs them" dynamic. There is very little training yet receive very high expectations. If you can't handle it, "you're just not meant for the job" or "you're not cut out for it" They have atleast 5 people quit a month.
