Pretty OK - Loader/Unloader PepsiCo Employee Review

Lots of good challenges and responsibilities given early. Great core processes in place but always supportive of trying or piloting new ideas that might make things better. Lots of fun at work.

Highly political and cliquey within HR department. Clear definition between hires brought in through top feeder school programs and professional hires.

The pay can be good.

They lie to you in the interviews and in training. Then try to push you or add details or requirements after the fact. Some of which is arguable if the company actually has policies for. Very Long hours, it's hard to get breaks. The plant management loves to push product whether it sales or not just so they can get their bonuses. It's very much a "you vs them" dynamic. There is very little training yet receive very high expectations. If you can't handle it, "you're just not meant for the job" or "you're not cut out for it" They have atleast 5 people quit a month.
