      Great collaboration and leadership. Your voice is heard, and they truly care about their employees. Variety of benefits and options, with great PTO and carryover ability. Tools provided to do your job, and I've found if something was needed to do your job better, you will more than likely receive the resources needed.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
