Managers are horrible & they lie - Analyst Peraton Employee Review

The managers have no idea what they are doing or why they are doing it. The manager I had constantly treated people horribly & lied about everything. She was very insecure & would lie just to make herself look competent. A lot of the people who were originally on the team have quit because of management. For some reason all of the managers I dealt with treated employees horrible & would not compensate for going above and beyond on a regular basis.
