      Great employees to work with, although there were challenging issues coworkers were always willing to help.

      Cons

      To much authority was given to sub's. Companies that partnered with Peraton basically doomed their credibility with the Navy.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
