      Main boss at my location is scared to talk to his employees. We've gone 1.5 years, through a global pandemic and not once has he addressed us.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
