      Pros

      Seems like leadership is shifting towards making a change after high turnover rate this past year.

      Cons

      Pricing is an overall stressful and tough job already with unexpected tight deadlines. With 2 companies mergers occurring this year, it is indeed a disaster. Way too many bulk layers of processes to follow.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
