Pros
Very calm and professional group of people in a high stakes environment. Management does a great job of motivating staff to work extra hours and go above by truly respecting our contributions. Pragmatic company that quickly identified the benefits of WFH and made that the primary model.
Cons
A little chaotic with a merger ongoing, but that is somewhat expected given the circumstances. Lower pay vs private sector opportunities.
