      Pros

      The only positive thing about this company are the coworkers and a very few Managers who actually care about their reports.

      Cons

      Went for approximately 6 years with NO salary increase, past 2 years when I did get a 2% increase Manager did not even communicate it to our team. Managers are revolving door because the contract I work on is so frugal. They say they want to retain talent, yet show no proof that they actually want to do so.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
