Pros

-Experience with various government agencies and federal investigations -Flexible work -Very independent. I hear from my manager maybe twice a month.

Cons

-Extremely demanding. You work based on source units. You’ll be assigned some, begin working, and then have to write off coverage. All for what? No units. So you have to try to make up for it in some other way. -Not paid enough for the work we do. Honestly, we could go work for government agencies doing the same thing and make more. -Bonuses are few and hard to get. If something is even the slightest bit off you won’t bonus. - Very little room to grow. You can either level up to be an investigator taking on more work or become a manager.

Pros

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.
