Percepta has changed so much, and unfortunately, it’s been for the worse. The new HR directors don’t seem to provide their teams with the necessary guidance or support. They often act as if they have all the answers, leaving employees confused and undervalued. There’s also a noticeable lack of empathy, and when mistakes are made, they’re met with excuses rather than accountability. They may believe their approach is sufficient for Percepta, but it’s not. People will eventually get tired of this and leave. While the general HR support team is great, the two directors have created a lot of tension whether they realize it or not. Unfortunately, I don’t think anything will be done, and they’ll continue to lead things downhill. If leadership doesn’t start asking questions and allowing departments to operate in the ways they know best, things will never improve. It truly starts at the top, and that’s where the biggest issues seem to lie. Not competitive wages.
