Pros

The job pays okay, and that’s about it!

Cons

Terrible job, very clicky, if your face doesn’t fit good luck! Constantly go back on what they say, referred a friend to work here and clearly kept extending probation until I handed in my notice so that they did not have to pay the bonus that is promised. It is definitely one of the worst jobs I have ever had and I have done some awful jobs. You will be expected to do more and more with no benefit. I was there just over a year due to COVID would of been a lot less, and the turnover of staff is ridiculous and that speaks volumes of how the company treat you and customers. Most people myself included, get scouted for the job. If you get that call, AVOID!

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
