      Pros

      I think the work it very reasonable. One of few companies who pay a decent range. I work remotely from home. I feel supported. Overall happy with my position. Looking to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Things are always changing. You have to learn for yourself sometimes, through resources, other guides etc. Tech issues are daily but you learn to work through and work around.
