Pros

My training with a specific trainer was amazing! But that’s the only pro!

Cons

No work life balance! This company does not care about their employees. They work they employees like a dog, while the upper management reap all of their hard work! When the employee meets service level, they pay upper management and upper management PUSH to meet service level! The pay rate is not good for all the stuff they expect you to do! Then when you leave, they put you through hell getting your last pay check! By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for! Mental health is real, PROTECT IT!

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
