Lack of organization ; things happen without any notice or clear path. Schedule can change out of nowhere when needed. Lack of updated resources, availability in necessary languages and Team Leads not always available when needed; we receive too much conflicting information. Outdated and laggy resources and tools. Training doesn't go deep enough when it comes to explaining how to use and navigate certain resources. Camera is required at all times, which creates more stress and anxiety for no reason. You are basically tied to your desk with very little time allocated for mental breaks and personal life. You waste 5 minutes every morning just to log in into the different systems.
