Pros

The pay was the only decent thing about it

Cons

Training is not correctly structured, managers are nitpicky as to who they want to support, training has nothing to do with the actual types of calls you’ll be getting. Once you’re on the floor, if you get stuck on a questions, you’ll have to reach out in a Teams chat, to which you won’t get a reply for 20-30 minutes, so you’ll have to tell the customer to call back.

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
