Pros

Some of the best co-workers I have EVER had in the SDR/RSS. The ability to travel to different areas of the country. Employee discount plans for vehicles.

Cons

When the SDR/RSS department was eliminated and moved to Ford of Mexico, 98+ employees were told that Percepta would help those that were affected find other employment within the company and that we would be priority over other applicants because of what was happening to us. THIS WAS A LIE!! Their talent acquisition team is HORRIBLE with all communications. Many of us wanted to stay with Percepta, but with the positions that were available and those that were able to interview, were only offered entry level jobs @ $18.43 per hour, not even close to the average salary that we were making, and not even taking into consideration the skill set that we all carry. DO NOT APPLY, your program will likely end also.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
