      Pros

      Some of the people were absolutely fantastic to work with and communicate with, others not so much. O-level and VP level management was wonderful.

      Cons

      Hard to learn from a team that didn't work like a team. Hours were not as advised, also had very little technology invested into the logistics operations. Hard to track trucks when I have to call a driver's cell phone. Especially when there are GPS applications like Rover available.

      Pros

      As long as production is good it's pretty laid back. Not mandatory to cover shifts for coworkers.

      Cons

      Micromanaging and you are responsible for cleaning the plant. No hired cleaning crew. Management responsibilities are becoming lab tech's responsibilities.
