Pros

There's a strong, positive culture that encourages teamwork rather than internal competition. Good exposure to diverse clients and industries. There's a strong emphasis on continuous learning, with good access to training resources and support for new certifications. Clear paths for career advancement for those who are driven and take initiative. Leadership and management is generally supportive, approachable, and open to feedback, making you feel valued. There's good transparency and engagement from the top. We recently had a visit from our CBO, Mark, who took the time to connect directly with the teams and communicate the company's direction. It's motivating to see that level of involvement and it helps everyone feel aligned.

Cons

The work itself can be demanding, but the flexibility helps to manage it.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
