Pros

work from home, advancement opportunities, PTO/benefits are good, strong culture with several non-work events throughout the year, solid company performance with many high-level partners such as Microsoft and Oracle - regularly acquire smaller companies and try to remain agile and innovative.

Cons

lower than average pay with minimal raises even with outstanding performance, non-billable workers do not seem very valued in relation to billable employees - pay more based on longevity than performance. I have heard from billable people that pay is low. Internal employee training is more of learning by doing which can make the first year difficult to perform to expectations (may not fully grasp expectations until after first performance eval) - no regularly scheduled formal evaluation (only once per year).

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
