Cons
As a smaller organization, there are more limited resources than you see in a bigger organization. As a result of this, it impacts ability to do things, but Grand River is invested in doing everything that they can to see their team members, and the company as a whole, succeed. As we continue to grow, so do our initiatives and resources. It all comes with time.
