I have been with the company for 10+ years. I have seen many phases and overall it has been an awesome experience and learning. Very good working environment and company culture. Supportive leadership team with open door policy. There is no politics. They have handled Covid period very efficiently, very well planned & well managed, No salary cut during Covid Period even they have provided very good increment as compare to other company where they did around 10 to 30% salary cut during Covid. Perficient Nagpur hired even more people during Covid and Company is continuously growing.
