Pros

I've been working here for around 13 years, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. I've had the opportunity to work on multiple projects, gain a lot of knowledge, and be part of a great culture with amazing people. Leadership puts in a lot of effort to help us grow, offering various learning resources such as English courses and access to learning platforms. I'm genuinely happy to be part of this family, and I hope to continue being here for many more years.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that there have been many changes in our processes recently, which has caused some confusion. However, I understand that these changes are part of an effort to align all business units globally under the same standards. There's still work to be done in this area, but I believe we're moving in the right direction.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
