Fast paced enviroment. Exciting. Meet new people. Pushes me to perform (no pun intended). There is rareyly ever a dule day. ESOP rules.
Cons
Considering the fact that much of your career is your resposibilty, a person is literally in control here. If you give you get. So rightfully speaking its hard to find a con. One thing that might be improved upon is benefits for the hourly employees.
