PCI has a Great benefit package. The field workers are knowledgeable. The corporate staff are helpful. Company utilizes the latest in technologies available.
Cons
Management is very closed minded and does not encourage employees to think outside the box. Too many layers of management. Management often encourages backstabbing and deception between peers.
