Pros
Great company to start your career journey. Learn what you can and get out. I Learned a lot and it opened so many doors. To have a long lasting career there, rub shoulders with management that goes longer than actual hard work.
Cons
Extremely "clicky", management will not have your back. Not a long term company so learn what you can and leave. Management would rather to keep someone Unknowledgeable and problematic than hard working people. Want people to work 14 hour days and pay them 8. They have no issue with OT just as long as they don't pay you for OT
