      It was a smaller sized bus. in the beginning and I was there all along the way contributing to the phenomenal growth experience over 15 years.

      Cons

      As the growth came so came the loss of the unmatched customer service we were known for.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
