      Good pay, weekends off, great benefits

      communication with dispatch can be a little bit of a hassle managers dont have your back, they have favorites when make a complaint about something going on for a while, they'll say they work on it, but nothing gets done

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
