Great pay, more u do the more u make, awesome co-workers, competitive work environment
Cons
There could be more organization with the pick route. Some stores are great others need work. Drivers complain about petty things when they have never picked. Their job is hard to I've done it, they need to be more understanding. Let down people need to be faster And more attentive!
