      Pros

      They have a strong incentive based system that rewards hard work and quality of work. The management at the warehouse I worked at where very easy to talk to and ask questions about any concerns or mispicks you might have. It is a team environment and the work isn't done until every order is complete.

      Cons

      It was very hard work with a lot of heavy lifting. The clock doesn't stop so there isn't really any down time in-between breaks and lunch. A very small amount of mistakes will remove all incentive for that week.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
