      Pros

      Money, cell reimbursement, safety bonus, boots. Not having to talk to office people.

      Cons

      Office people NOT talking at all... even to each other, let alone the actual driver doing the work. Sharing trucks. Management expecting drivers to deal with the relentless mistakes on their part, and do Nothing to fix actual problems.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
