      The team is all around like minded- respectful, hard working, has the answers- and if they don’t they get it for you. Genuinely a great team

      Cons

      Sales- there’s always a push for more. Although that is our job—Sometimes in this industry it isn’t easy given the world we live in today post Covid.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
