      You'll have plenty of opportunities to build experience with the trusted guidance of former experienced drivers. Very knowledgeable individuals.

      Cons

      Route selection for rookies is less than preferred. Tough to get used to. Will have random/ irregular sleep schedule.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
