      After 6pm there is no one there to direct you. You have the ability to work in manner you please to get the job done.

      Cons

      Senior Management does not support front line supervision. Often times does very little to get to the bottom of issues and is reactive rather than pro active.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
