      Pros

      Unfortunately, The company going up it seems like I am going down. There is no grow. We do our best to make the company better, but we’re not doing any better for ourselves. That’s not the way life is if we grow we go together.

      Cons

      I do my best to make the company grow, and the company not doing the best to make me go. I am looking myself going deeper and deeper down to the ground that’s not how life is I have to look what best for me.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
