Pros
The only positive thing about working at PFG Gainesville is that once you've worked at this place, you feel genuinely blessed to have just about any other job out there.
Cons
The soul sucking toll it takes on your mental and physical well being is staggering. Most people like to go to work, do a job, and go home. Working @ PFG Gainesville is like being a minor character on 'House of Cards', your going to be used, subject to ridiculous amounts of drama, and finally discarded. The pay is sub-par not just for the industry, but the region as well. The benefits are poor to middle of the road. The lack of proper management is what causes the problem.
