Pros
The Lead was caring and supportive. The team had great interaction and rapport.
Cons
The onboarding experience started well, but I was left on my own to do self-paced learning most of the time with little direction or interaction with management. Once training was completed, support was spotty, if given at all. The call volume at times was very high, which made support even harder to receive support. Tech support was hard to get as well because there was no direct phone line to I.T.
